# ⚡ 20ESPORTS – Quickplay-Regelwerk

**Status:** Alpha / Entwicklungsphase

## 1. Was ist Quickplay?

- **Call of Duty 4X:** Promod 276, `Mr12_knife`
- **Call of Duty 2X:** zPAM408, `comp_mr12`
- **Counter-Strike 1.6:** Matchbot, `MR12_knife`
- **Counter-Strike: Source:** Warmod, `ruleset_mr12.cfg`

# ⚡ 20ESPORTS – Quickplay Rules

**Status:** Alpha / Development Phase
**Applies to:** All Quickplay matches on 20ESPORTS
**Game formats:** 1v1 through 6v6, where supported for the selected game

## 1. What Is Quickplay?

Quickplay allows players to search for a suitable match without manually organizing a Gather or tournament.

The system matches eligible waiting players based on the selected game, format and server conditions.

The goal is to find a match quickly and provide a standardized process from matchmaking through to the final result.

## 2. Matchmaking

Before starting the search, participants must select the desired game and format.

- Supported formats depend on the current system configuration.
- Matchmaking takes the selected game and team size into account.
- The search may be cancelled as long as a match has not been accepted and confirmed.
- After cancellation, players may start searching again.
- Players must not deliberately create conflicting search requests to manipulate the matchmaking process.

If an external server is used, the server details required for the match must be entered correctly.

### 2.1 Discord Verification and Server Membership

For Quickplay matches in **2v2 format and above**, Discord verification and membership in the official 20ESPORTS Discord server are mandatory for every participating player.

- Each player must link their Discord account to their 20ESPORTS player profile using the designated verification process.
- Each player must have joined the official 20ESPORTS Discord server.
- Verification must be completed before joining the Quickplay queue.
- This requirement applies to every player in a match, whether joining individually or as part of a team.
- Discord verification is not mandatory for 1v1 Quickplay unless a different rule is announced.
- Players who do not meet these requirements may be excluded from Quickplay matches in 2v2 format and above until verification is completed.

Discord membership supports communication and coordination between participants and helps organize matches.

Discord verification does not replace the 20ESPORTS player profile or the required game account details.

## 3. Match Found – Acceptance Required

When the system finds a suitable match, all involved players must accept it within the displayed time limit.

- All required participants must respond on time.
- Accepting confirms that the player is ready to play the found match.
- If a player declines or the time limit expires, the match may expire.
- Once the queue state has been cleared, players may start searching again.
- Players must not accept a match with the intention of sabotaging it without a valid reason.

The acceptance deadline displayed by the system takes precedence.

## 4. Teams and Match Preparation

After all required players accept, the match is prepared according to the designated process.

- Teams are formed according to the selected format.
- All participants must be available for the match.
- The required team size must be respected.
- The assigned server must be reachable.
- If map veto is available, participants must complete it before the match begins.

A match is considered properly prepared only once the required steps have been completed.

## 5. Server Rules

Quickplay may use an available managed game server.

Where supported for the selected game and format, an external server address may also be provided.

- External servers must be reachable and suitable for the match.
- Participants are responsible for entering the server details correctly.
- Players with incompatible server conditions will not automatically be treated as a compatible matchmaking group.
- External servers must not be used to deceive or unfairly disadvantage other participants.

If no suitable server is available, the match may not be able to start.

## 6. Standard Rules by Game

The following profiles form the intended Quickplay baseline:

- **Call of Duty 4X:** Promod 276, `Mr12_knife`
- **Call of Duty 2X:** zPAM408, `comp_mr12`
- **Counter-Strike 1.6:** Matchbot, `MR12_knife`
- **Counter-Strike: Source:** Warmod, `ruleset_mr12.cfg`
- **Counter-Strike 2:** Standard Premier rules, MR12 and overtime until a winner is determined, according to the configuration
- **Battalion 1944 Legacy:** MR12 and overtime until a winner is determined, according to the configuration

The default match format is BO1 unless a different format is displayed for the selected match.

## 7. Conduct During Matches

- All players must behave fairly and respectfully.
- Cheats, unauthorized programs and match manipulation are prohibited.
- An accepted match must not be deliberately sabotaged.
- Deliberate disconnects intended to manipulate the result are prohibited.
- Technical issues must be reported promptly.
- Match communication must not be used to harass other participants.

## 8. Results

The result must be submitted accurately after the match.

- Results must not be knowingly reported incorrectly.
- Participants should provide suitable evidence if a result is disputed.
- The administration may be contacted in the event of a dispute.
- A result is considered finalized only once the designated match process has been completed.

Manipulated results may lead to sanctions and exclusion from Quickplay.

## 9. Cancellations and Technical Issues

If a match cannot be played properly because of a server outage, connection problem or other technical failure, the affected players must report the issue promptly.

Depending on the circumstances, the match may be cancelled, rescheduled or reviewed by the administration.

A disconnect or server issue does not automatically grant a win to the opposing side. The decision depends on the circumstances and the applicable game rules.

## 10. Rating and Fair Play

Quickplay is intended to provide fair competitive matches.

Where a match is included in the relevant rating system, all participants must comply with the rules for result reporting and fair competition.

Deliberate losses, result manipulation and coordinated rating manipulation are prohibited.

## 11. Sanctions

Depending on the severity of a violation, the following measures may be applied:

- Warning
- Removal from an ongoing match
- Temporary exclusion from Quickplay
- Further action by the administration

Serious violations may result in immediate sanctions.

## 12. Final Provisions

Quickplay is designed for fast, fair and straightforward matches. All participants are expected to take match acceptance seriously, follow the game rules and report results accurately.

20ESPORTS is currently in its alpha and development phase. Features, match workflows and supported formats may change. The features available at the time and the match information displayed by the system take precedence.
