# 🎮 20ESPORTS – Community-Gather-Regelwerk

**Status:** Alpha / Entwicklungsphase

## 4. Ready-up und Matchstart

- **Call of Duty 4X:** Promod 276, `Mr12_knife`
- **Call of Duty 2X:** zPAM408, `comp_mr12`
- **Counter-Strike 1.6:** Matchbot, `MR12_knife`
- **Counter-Strike: Source:** Warmod, `ruleset_mr12.cfg`

# 🎮 20ESPORTS – Community Gather Rules

**Status:** Alpha / Development Phase
**Applies to:** All Community Gathers on 20ESPORTS
**Game formats:** 1v1 through 6v6, where supported for the selected game

## 1. What Is a Gather?

A Gather is a community match where players come together to compete without the full structure of a tournament.

Players can join an available Gather. The host organizes the session and moves the lobby into match preparation using the available system features.

The goal is to create fair teams, ensure a smooth match start and produce a clear, verifiable result.

## 2. Participation

- A 20ESPORTS player profile is required to participate.
- Required game accounts must be entered correctly.
- Players must meet the game and team-size requirements selected for the Gather.
- Each participant is responsible for being available on time.
- Players must not join an ongoing match with the intention of disrupting it.
- Teams should be balanced as fairly as possible.

### 2.1 Discord Verification and Server Membership

For Community Gathers, the Gather host may decide whether Discord verification and membership in the official 20ESPORTS Discord server are mandatory.

- The host must decide before the Gather begins whether Discord is required or optional.
- If Discord is required, every participant must link their Discord account to their 20ESPORTS player profile using the designated verification process.
- In that case, all participants must have joined the official 20ESPORTS Discord server and completed verification.
- If Discord is optional, players may participate without Discord verification.
- The selected requirement must be clearly communicated to all participants before they join.
- When Discord is mandatory, unverified players may be excluded until they meet the requirement.

Discord membership may be used for communication, coordination and organization of the Gather.

**The setting for the individual Gather determines whether Discord is mandatory or optional.**

## 3. Joining the Lobby

- Players join the Gather through the provided lobby.
- The selected game, format and maximum player count apply.
- The host coordinates the lobby and may start the match flow using the available features.
- Participants must follow the instructions for team formation and match preparation.
- A full lobby does not automatically mean that every player is ready to play.

## 4. Ready-Up and Match Start

All required participants must confirm that they are ready before the match.

- The ready-up process begins according to the available lobby flow.
- Participants must respond within the displayed time limit.
- A player who is not ready or leaves the lobby may prevent the planned match from starting.
- The match should begin only after the required participants have confirmed and the teams are prepared.
- Once preparation is complete, the system may create a match and assign a game server, where available.

The status and time information displayed by the system takes precedence.

## 5. Teams and Team Sizes

Supported formats depend on the game, server and system configuration:

- 1v1
- 2v2
- 3v3
- 4v4
- 5v5
- 6v6

Matches must use the selected team size. Any changes must be agreed upon before the match begins.

## 6. Maps and Servers

- Maps must be approved for the selected game.
- If map veto is available, it must be completed properly before the match begins.
- All participants must respect the selected map.
- An available managed game server may be used.
- Where supported, an approved external server may be used.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they can connect to the assigned server.

Changes to the map or server after the match has started are permitted only in the event of technical issues or by agreement.

## 7. Match Rules

The standard configuration depends on the selected game:

- **Call of Duty 4X:** Promod 276, `Mr12_knife`
- **Call of Duty 2X:** zPAM408, `comp_mr12`
- **Counter-Strike 1.6:** Matchbot, `MR12_knife`
- **Counter-Strike: Source:** Warmod, `ruleset_mr12.cfg`
- **Counter-Strike 2:** Standard Premier rules, MR12 and overtime until a winner is determined, according to the configuration
- **Battalion 1944 Legacy:** MR12 and overtime until a winner is determined, according to the configuration

The default match format is BO1 unless a different format is agreed upon or displayed for the Gather.

## 8. Conduct During Matches

- Fair play is mandatory.
- Cheats, unauthorized tools and deliberate match manipulation are prohibited.
- Players must treat one another respectfully.
- Deliberately disrupting or sabotaging a match is prohibited.
- Agreements intended to manipulate the match outcome are forbidden.
- Technical issues must be reported promptly.

## 9. Reporting Results

Results must be reported accurately after the match.

- All participants should ensure that the submitted result is correct.
- Conflicting reports may lead to a dispute.
- If a result is disputed, the participants must provide any available evidence.
- The administration may review the situation where necessary.
- False or manipulated results may lead to sanctions.

## 10. Cancellations and Disputes

A Gather may be cancelled due to technical problems, missing participants or other serious circumstances.

- Problems should be reported as soon as possible.
- Participants should not unilaterally declare a match won or lost while the situation remains unresolved.
- The administration may review the available information in the event of a dispute.
- Cancellation or replay decisions depend on the circumstances and available system features.

## 11. Fair Play and Community Conduct

Gathers should provide a fair and welcoming environment for all participants.

Insults, discrimination, threats, cheating and deliberate match manipulation will not be tolerated. Repeated or serious violations may result in exclusion from Gathers.

## 12. Final Provisions

The Gather host is responsible for organizing the lobby. The administration may intervene in serious disputes or rule violations.

As 20ESPORTS is still in development, individual workflows may change. The available system features and the information displayed before the match are authoritative.
